How the Medabolic Companion Coach Network Works
You're a trainer or a nutritionist. You're good at the human part — the part no app has ever replicated. Meanwhile, the largest wave of nutrition coaching clients in history is forming right now: millions of people coming off GLP-1s who need exactly what you do. The Medabolic Companion Coach Network exists to put those two facts together.
What it is
The Coach Network is the human coaching layer of Medabolic Companion. Members use the app — daily tracking across eat, move, sleep, and recover, rolled into one Metabolic Score. Members who want a coach get matched with a coach in the network. You coach. We bring the clients, the data, and the framework. This is not employment. It's not a certification you buy. It's a working network: your practice, your brand, your coaching style — plus a client channel and infrastructure built for the GLP-1 transition.
How client matching works
Members join Medabolic Companion for the off-ramp program — the system for keeping weight off after the prescription ends. A share of them want a human coach, not just the app. When they do, the network matches them with a coach. You get a client who already tracks, already has a Metabolic Score, and already bought into the framework. No cold outreach. No discovery-call treadmill. The starting line is further forward than any client you've ever onboarded.
What coaches do day to day
Morning: read the data. Your coach view shows every client's Metabolic Score — eat, move, sleep, recover — updated daily. Ten minutes tells you who needs you today: who hit protein, who skipped training, whose sleep fell apart, who's gone quiet.
Midday: coach the humans. The framework covers the "what" — protein targets, the 20-minute strength minimum, sleep windows, the weekly review. Your job is the "who." Check-ins, adjustments, the message that keeps someone in the game on a bad week. That's the part no software does, and it's the whole job.
Weekly: run the review. Each client gets a weekly habit review — what worked, what slipped, one adjustment for next week. The data makes it fast. The relationship makes it stick.
Compare that to a standard coaching practice: chasing check-ins, rebuilding spreadsheets, guessing at compliance. Here the tracking is handled and your hours go to coaching — the work you actually signed up for.
What you don't need
You don't need a pharmacology degree. The off-ramp framework is the playbook — it covers the transition system end to end. You bring coaching skill: behavior change, accountability, program adjustment, the human read.
You don't need to give up your existing business. The network is a client channel, not an employer. Keep your clients, your brand, your rates structure — add a stream of members who need exactly what you offer.
The line on AI
Every fitness platform right now is trying to replace coaches with AI. We drew the line in the other direction: the app tracks, the AI summarizes, the coach coaches. Nobody maintains weight loss on a dashboard. They maintain it on accountability to a human being. If you're a coach, you're not the cost center here. You're the product.
